We want you to be delighted with your purchase, but if you are not, you can return any item within 14 days of receipt, provided the products are returned complete, in perfect condition, unused and with their original packaging.

We will be happy to make a refund, which will go onto the original payment method used when you made your purchase. We are not able to refund any postage charges unless your item is faulty or damaged – please see below for details.

We do not offer return on Sale items.

We cannot offer exchanges for orders, please return your item(s) by post and place a new order.

For post returns, please ensure you complete and enclose the returns slip with the items you are returning. A daytime telephone number and email address is required in case we need to contact you about the return.

If you do not have a returns slip, you can download one.

. Please make sure to include your order number on your returns slip – we cannot process your refund without it.
